Raid rules until we start using DKP's(on 25man raids, or even sooner)ENGLISH->Every BoP drop is rolled on the spot
->There will always exist one Loot Master,one of the officers.
-> Everytime that something drops in raid,the master looter will link it in raid warning, the interested people roll(in or off spec). Saying its an off spec roll helps the officers,but normaly we know when the item is off spec for you

. The highest roll wins BUT FOLLOWING A FEW RULES.
Rule Number 1 ---> There will be always MAIN SPEC PRIORITY when theres more than 1 roll.
Rule Number 2 ---> A player who didnt win a drop during the run, has priority against other player that already took a drop on that same run.
Rule Number 3 ---> When the same raid continues on the next raid night, the players who started the run from the beggining, have priority when rolling against another player that only signed for the second part of the raid.
Rule Number 4 ---> THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE. The loot destribution is, raid after raid, more a Loot Master decision that a following of a group of rules. Its a decision always looking to the rules,trying to make the right choice when rules shock with each other, but also trying to improve the raid team, and not individuals. So please understand how hard it is sometimes to take decisions when theres like 4 or 5rolls for the same item, and respect the oficers decisions. If the item takes time to be delivered its because officers are still deciding,do not force or try to hury the process. So, dont trust on ur 100 rolls

Examples of Master looter decisions: Lets see,when,for example, something pr0 drops in ZA,theres 2 ppl interested,1 old member,and a new comer(recruit status),the item goes for the old raider,roll numbers dont count. Another example,when the drop for one of the rollers its an insane!! upgrade, and for the other guy aint such a big diference. In this case the item goes directly to the person who rly needs it a lot more than the other person,again, roll numbers dont count.
-> EVERY BoE item that drops during our raids goes directly to our guild bank,theres no rolls. If theres someone interested,they should contact the GM or the Raid leaders after the raid. That person will take the BoE item he needs:
A-->If its an usefull item for all the guild members, that person doesnt pay a thing for the BoE item(example,a JC recipe,a lot more usefull if it is on one of our jc's members that in the bank).
B---> If the item hasnt a big value for the raid team,the interested person will pay a simbolic price for it,when I say simbolic I mean a small amount of gold, a contribution for our bank.
-> Profession recipes go first to our Offcial Guild Workers,and only then,if there's no worker needing it, are free to roll (if bop) for every raider. Or if BoE,go to the bank and decided later,following the rules A and B above.Future Rules:
A dkp system will be applied soon,probably using an addon. For the ones that dont know this system, Dkps are the most used and fair system for loot destribution.
->How it works? Simple,who has more dkps wins the item being rolled

.
->How do u win dkps? you win a certain number (yet to define for) for each raid you go, U gain extra dkps if a raid goes better than the expected(example,a progress night,killing a boss never killed b4,or a speedy run with no wipes or problems). U can gain extra dkps for any good atitude or skill during the raid,if the officer responsible think its fair.
->How do u loose dkps? When u sign and dont show up. When u sign and come online after the raid starting time. When the raid goes rly bad and slow. And ofc,everytime you get a drop. Item prices,dkps taken cuz of wipes, bad or slow raids,late persons,slacking,etc, those values will be defined ofc.
-> Off spec items dont cost dkps,its a roll system.
-> Dkps acumulate raid by raid.
-> Dkps can go negative.
Regra 1--> Haverá sp
